I spent three days working with coaches Leon Somme and Shawna Franklin of Body Boat Blade in Deception Pass. The first two days where all about working eddy lines, a little standing wave surfing, ferrying and knocking about in whirlpools. The last day was a Critical Incident Course. they ran simulations to test our abilities to respond when everything goes wrong. Lots of fun and lots of things to learn.
